BOTH the single-family communities and multi-family communities under the BRRA may take part.
The parade route will travel within both the single-family and multi-family communities.

America has a rich history of patriotic music through the years. From classical, to ragtime, to country music, to spiritual hymns, and everything in between!! Feel free to play the music you choose to decorate by!! Get the planning and thinking going!! You’ve got lots of time to plan and put your thoughts and ideas into action!!
Prizes will be given for 1st place in each category
(1st-3rd place ribbons will be given in each category)

Participants will gather at the gazebo parking lot, located behind the Barefoot Resident’s Club. We’ll have coffee, donuts, and water for all to enjoy!
Participants must arrive and line up by 7:45am. Judging will begin promptly at 8:00am. If not on time, carts may still take part in the parade, but won’t be eligible for judging. The award ceremony will begin promptly at 8:30am BEFORE the parade so that ribbons can be proudly displayed on the winning carts during the parade!! The Parade begins at 9 am sharp.
We are asking each entry to donate non-perishable food items to be donated to local food banks. Donations to food banks tend to be low over the summer months, so let’s fill them up to overflowing!! We will have a box at the registration table for your donations. We will also be asking those watching to also donate.
ALL RESIDENTS NOT PARTICIPATING ARE ENCOURAGED TO GRAB A CHAIR AND YOUR COFFEE (OR MORNING DRINK OF YOUR CHOICE) AND SIT CURBSIDE TO WATCH THESE FABULOUS CARTS GO BY.
Residents put a lot of work into decorating them – let’s show our support by cheering them on. The parade route will be published the week before the parade.
